The Dreamtalent assessment library comprises numerous tests that measure various psychological attributes, collectively known as VIPS+. VIPS+ is designed to predict an individual’s success (performance + satisfaction) by measuring the fit between what they have and what the job needs. It’s common to measure these factors separately, but doing so fails to account for the dynamics that actually define someone. One may be good at something, but do they enjoy doing it every day? One may be interested in a specific field, but do they have the intelligence and strengths to succeed in it?
